How to use CM3: Take 2 servings daily. On training days: 1st serving: 30 minutes before breakfast, 2nd serving 30 minutes before training, 3rd serving immediately after training. On non-training days: 1st serving: 30 minutes before breakfast, 2nd serving between meals or before bedtime. The preparation should be taken with 200 - 300ml of water.
