Ingredients Gold-Vit Complex: calcium carbonate, bulking agent – microcrystalline cellulose; vitamins (vit. C, vit. E, niacin, vit. A, pantothenic acid, vit. B12, vit. D, vit. B6, riboflavin, thiamine, folic acid, biotin), magnesium diglycinate, magnesium oxide, calcium diglycinate, ashwagandha root extract KSM-66®, zinc diglycinate, coating [glazing agents – polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), talc, polyethylene glycol; colorant – titanium dioxide; glazing agent – polyoxyethylene sorbitan monooleate (polysorbate 80); colorants – iron oxides and hydroxides, carrier – aluminium-potassium silicate], citrus bioflavonoids extract, Japanese pagoda tree extract, bulking agent – cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose; anti-caking agents – magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; iron (II) diglycinate, stabilizer – polyethylene glycol; sodium selenate (IV), manganese diglycinate, St. John's wort extract, copper diglycinate, chromium picolinate, potassium iodide.

How to use Gold-Vit Complex: 1 tablet after a meal, drink plenty of water.

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. The product cannot be used by persons allergic to any of its ingredients. 

Store in a dry place, at room temperature, in tightly closed containers. Keep out of reach of small children. 

The product is not recommended for children, pregnant and breastfeeding women. 

Dietary supplements cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Remember that only a healthy lifestyle and balanced nutrition ensure proper functioning of the body and maintain good condition.
