Ingredients: One tablet contains 833.3 mg of magnesium salts of citric acid (including 15% magnesium - 125 mg of magnesium ions), 20.8 mg of zinc lactate (including 24% zinc - 5 mg of magnesium ions), and 0.75 mg of pyridoxine hydrochloride (including 0.6 mg of vitamin B6). Three tablets contain 2500 mg of magnesium salts of citric acid (including 15% magnesium - 375 mg of magnesium ions, which provides 100% of the Reference Intake* for an adult at 8400 kJ / 2000 kcal), 62.4 mg of zinc lactate (including 24% zinc - 15 mg of magnesium ions, which provides 150% of the Reference Intake for an adult at 8400 kJ / 2000 kcal), and 2.25 mg of pyridoxine hydrochloride (including 1.8 mg of vitamin B6, which provides 145% of the Reference Intake for an adult at 8400 kJ / 2000 kcal).
