Usage of AAKG Mega Hardcore: Drink 4 capsules of the preparation with 300 ml of water. Take 2 servings per day. On training days: 1st serving 30 minutes before training, 2nd serving immediately after training. On non-training days: 1st serving 30 minutes before the first meal, 2nd serving before bedtime.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The product should not be used by people allergic to any of its ingredients. Keep out of reach of small children. Store in a dry place at room temperature in tightly closed containers.
Best before: the date and batch number are located on the side/bottom of the packaging.
