How to use Boogie Whey: Dissolve one serving of the product - 30 g (1.5 scoops) - in 200 ml of water or milk, using a shaker or mixer. Use 2 servings per day. On training days: 1st serving in the morning after waking up, 2nd serving up to 1.5 hours after training. On non-training days: 1st serving in the morning after waking up, 2nd serving between meals.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The product should not be used by individuals allergic to any of its ingredients.
Keep out of reach of small children. Store in a dry place at room temperature in tightly closed containers.
The product is not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women.
