Directions for use R-Weiler: 1 serving (6 g) 3 times a day, approximately 30 minutes before training. Dissolve 1 serving (6 g = ½ scoop) in 100 ml of water. Consume immediately after preparation.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The product should not be used by individuals allergic to any of its ingredients.

Store in dry rooms at room temperature, in tightly closed containers. Keep out of reach of small children.

Attention: R-WEILER® contains caffeine; it is not recommended for use by children and pregnant women (caffeine content: 100 mg/ 1 serving 6 g, 200 mg/ 2 servings 12 g, 300 mg/ 3 servings 18 g). Additionally, the product should not be used during breastfeeding, in case of cardiovascular diseases, or in case of hypersensitivity to any of the preparation`s ingredients. The product is not recommended for individuals with blood pressure disorders. Do not use in conjunction with medications, especially those affecting the cardiovascular system. Do not consume with other products containing caffeine or similar ingredients (e.g., other dietary supplements, energy drinks, coffee). Do not exceed the consumption of 400 mg of caffeine per day from all sources and 200 mg of caffeine at once. Do not use in combination with alcohol. Do not use immediately before sleep or within a few hours before sleep. Consumption of the product may cause slight tingling or numbness. This is a transient symptom associated with the strong effect of the product`s beta-alanine ingredient. It does not affect health. Permissible clumping of the product does not affect its quality.
