Nitrobolon Usage: Take a serving of the supplement - 4 capsules - with 300 ml of water. Use 3 servings per day.
On training days: One serving 30 minutes before the first meal, second serving 30 minutes before training, third serving immediately after training.
On non-training days: One serving 30 minutes before the first meal, second serving 30 minutes before the main meal, third serving before sleep.
