Usage of Rocky Athletes Creatine: 3.5g of powder (1 and 1/2 scoops) daily before training or after training, and on non-training days 3.5g of powder (1 and 1/2 scoops) at any time during the day.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The product should not be used by individuals allergic to any of its ingredients.
