Usage of Creatine Alkaline: On training days: 2 capsules in the morning on an empty stomach and 2 capsules before training. On non-training days: 2 capsules in the morning on an empty stomach. Dosage can be safely increased by 100%. Maximum daily dose is 8 capsules.
