How to use Vitargo Carboloader: Fill the shaker with water up to 200ml, add one serving (75g), shake vigorously for one minute, then fill the shaker with water up to about 750ml. The prepared drink should be consumed within 8 hours. Do not boil.

As an energy drink supplementing carbohydrates before and during training/competition, it is recommended to consume 1-2 servings of VITARGO CARBOLOADER two to three days before the competition.

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. The product should not be used by people allergic to any of its ingredients.

Keep out of reach of small children. Store in a dry place at room temperature in tightly closed containers.

This product is not recommended for children, pregnant women, or nursing mothers.
