Usage Instructions Vitargo Carboloader: Fill the shaker with 200ml of water, add a portion (75g), shake vigorously for a minute, top up the shaker with water to about 750ml. The ready drink should be consumed within 8 hours. Do not boil.
As an energy drink replenishing carbohydrates before and during training/competitions, it is recommended to consume 1-2 portions of VITARGO CARBOLOADER two to three days before competitions.
Do not exceed the recommended portion for consumption during the day. The product should not be used by individuals allergic to any of its ingredients.
Store in a place inaccessible to small children. Store in a dry place at room temperature in tightly closed containers.
