Directions for use Vitargo Carboloader: Fill the shaker with 200ml of water, add a serving (75g), shake vigorously for one minute, fill the shaker with approximately 750ml of water. Consume the prepared drink within 8 hours. Do not subject to boiling.

As an energy drink supplementing carbohydrates before and during training/competitions, it is recommended to consume 1-2 servings of Vitargo Carboloader for two to three days before the competition.

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. The product should not be used by individuals allergic to any of its ingredients.

Keep out of reach of small children. Store in a dry place at room temperature in tightly closed packaging.

The product is not recommended for children, pregnant women, and breastfeeding women.
